Description
During the meeting the participants will discuss the latest developments in food processing, including food for extreme conditions, energy-saving processing technologies, extending shelf life and improving safety of food.
The goal of FISRA2015 is to gather scholars from ASRTU and all over the world to present advances in the fields of specialized nutrition, health promoting foods biotechnologies and food resource saving technologies. This meeting will also provide an ideal environment for new collaborations with experts on the fundamentals, applications, and products of the mentioned fields.
The program also includes a discussion of joint research, including a project by ITMO University and Harbin Institute of Technology that focuses on the development of performance food customized for medical and biological conditions of specific target groups.
